You Are Not Alone

Chris spent much of his life being someone others could count on.

He was the person who answered the call, stepped in when help was needed, and helped carry people through some of their hardest moments. He spent years caring for others, but his story also reminds us of something important:

Even the people who seem the strongest can be carrying things we cannot see.

Mental health struggles do not always look the way we expect. Sometimes the people who make us laugh, the people who show up for everyone else, and the people who seem like they have it all together are the ones who need someone to check in on them.

This page exists as a reminder to look out for one another.

  • Ask the question.
  • Send the text.
  • Make the call.
  • Sit with someone who needs a friend.

Sometimes you do not need the perfect words. Sometimes simply letting someone know, “I’m here,” can mean more than you realize.

If you are struggling, please know that you do not have to face it alone. Reaching out for help is not a weakness. It is one of the bravest things a person can do.

Carrying Chris’s Legacy Forward

Chris spent his life showing up for others.

One of the greatest ways we can honor him is by continuing to do the same. Check on your people. Listen when someone opens up. Remind the people around you that they matter. Sometimes the call for help is the hardest one to make. But you never have to make it alone.
